OUR STORY
2001
Waznat was founded by Samir Costantine with a vision to support educational institutions through consulting services, career counseling and training initiatives.
2005
Waznat expanded its services to include Corporate, NGOs, and community groups.
2011
Waznat expended its services to Syria, Jordan, Sudan, Egypt, Qatar and U.AE.
2018
Waznat bypassed the threshold of serving 200 institutional partners within the same calendar year.
2026
Waznat is getting ready to celebrate its silver jubilee of serving Lebanon and the Middle East.

Our team of experienced counselors, trainers, and consultants is committed to helping individuals and institutions reach their full potential. Editor, Arabic Publications
Joseph Mghames spent his entire career path in teaching, coordinating subject matters, publishing educational books, editing, and consulting for political figures on public speaking. A professor of Arabic Language who edits all publications that Waznat produces in the Arabic language. Joseph has over 50 years of bright experience. He lead training sessions in his field in almost all Arab countries.

Rabih Turkieh
Human Resources and Talent Management Consultant
Rabih, a member of Waznat since 2010, is a senior HR executive and university professor with over 20 years of experience in HR management and organizational development. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from ESA, teaches at USJ and USEK, and serves as President of the Human Resources Association of Lebanon. He actively supports Waznat’s mission through his HR expertise.
RANIA WAKIM
Educational Trainer
Rania holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Science Didactics, and a University Diploma in Neuroscience. With 30 years of teaching experience, she brings deep insight and a calm, supportive presence. She is dedicated to guiding youth, enriching learning environments, and leading with clarity and care.

Samir Costantine
Founder
Samir Costantine, Waznat Founder, has over 42 years of experience in training, human resources development, career guidance, educational quality management, image consultancy, strategy development, journalism, education, and public relations.
From 1991 to 2001 he contributed to the phenomenal growth and development of the Beirut University College (BUC) into the leading Lebanese American University (LAU), as Director of Admissions and Relations then Dean of Students. He concurrently taught Management and Marketing courses at LAU.
In 2002, he founded WAZNAT, a management and education consultancy offering a full spectrum of consulting services in strategy development; market needs assessment, image building, and career guidance, to more than 195 leading business and educational institutions, and NGOs in Lebanon.
In the last 22 years, he published eight books, two of them are first-of-a-kind books, one a career guidance handbook targeted at graduating high school students, and another comprising job descriptions and job specification for positions in educational institutions.
Samir provided training and consulting services all over the Arab world.
